Swedish Pot Roast

Ingredients:
- 4 lb POT ROAST
- 1 ts NUTMEG
- 1 ts CINNAMON
- 1/2 ts GINGER
- SALT, PEPPER
- 2 tb OIL
- 2 ONION SLICED
- 1 cl GARLIC PRESSED
- 1/2 c BROWN SUGAR
- 1/4 c RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1/2 c WATER
- 4 BAY LEAVES
Instructions:
RUB SPICE INTO MEAT. HEAT AND BROWN MEAT IN OIL. ADD ONION, GARLIC, SUGAR
DISSOLVED IN WATER AND BAY LEAF. COVER AND COOK FOR 40 MIN. IN PRESSURE
COOKER.
