Barbecue Sauce

Serves: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 c Water
• 1/2 c Cider vinegar
• 2 tb Prepared mustard
• 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
• 3 ts Salt
• 1 1/2 ts Black pepper
• 3 tb Sugar
• 1 sl Lemon
• 1 sm Onion; chopped
• 1/2 c Vegetable oil
• 1 c Catsup
• 3 tb Worcestershire
• 3 ts Liquid smoke

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except catsup, Worcestershire & liquid smoke together.
Simmer 20 minutes in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add catsup,
Worcestershire & liquid smoke & mix well.
