Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

• 8 cn (small) tomato sauce
• 4 cn (small) tomato paste
• 1 1/2 qt Vinegar
• 2 c Sugar
• 1 pt Water
• 5 oz Chili powder
• 2 tb Cumin
• 4 tb Red pepper or cayenne
• 2 tb Liquid smoke

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a 2-gallon cooker. Simmer on very low heat for 30-45
minutes.
