Barbecue Sauce

Serves: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c Oil
• 1 md Onion; chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic
• 1 c Ketchup
• 1 c Water
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1/2 ts Pepper
• 1/2 c Lemon juice
• 1/2 ts Vinegar
• 3 tb Sugar
• 3 tb Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tb Prepared mustard

Instructions:
Fry the first three ingredients in the oil until clear. Add remaining
ingredients. Stir all until mixed and simmer approx. 1/2 hour. This is an
old family recipe. approx. 50 years old it is delicious with any type of
meat.
