Barbecue Sauce

Serves: 3 Servings

Ingredients:

• 4 c Ketchup
• 4 c Vinegar
• 4 c Water
• 6 tb Chili powder
• 6 tb Salt
• 6 tb Sugar
• 6 tb Black pepper
• 1 lg Onion; finely chopped

Instructions:
Put ingredients in a large pot and simmer until thick, about 6 to 8 hours.
Yield: 3 quarts.
