TEMPERATURE: 350 F. GRIDDLE
1. COMBINE GROUND BEEF, SALT AND PEPPER; MIX UNTIL BLENDED. SHAPE INTO
STEAKS
APPROXIMATELY 1 INCH THICK BY 4 INCHES WEIGHING 6 OZ EACH.
